Monthly Meetings


On the third saturday of each month, TSK holds its monthly meeting. These meetings are open to all TSK members and their family members. Meetings typically start at 6:30 PM and last two hours. Often members will go out in small groups after the monthly meeting to a restaurant or club.

Meetings will vary in their location. Sometimes they are at a member's house, sometimes at a local restaurant in a private back room or at a business establishment serving the transgender community. Some meetings are organized around a special event such as going to a movie or a play. We have had meetings centered around an evening of bowling. There are many accepting places in the Denver/Boulder metropolitan that enable our members an opportunity to experience being out in the broader community to achieve comfort with their feminine side.

For new members and those who are less comfortable being in too public a place, meetings at a GBLT organization site. a private hotel meeting room, or a member's house provides a safe, secure place for members to explore and understand the bi-gender aspect of their personality.

Special Meetings & Events

In addition to our regular monthly meetings, TSK has three special meetings. The first is in October when we hold our Annual Banquet to celebrate the founding of the TSK chapter. The second special meeting is in December and is our Ornament Exchange, a holiday party. This is what we call a "DREAM" (Dressed as an Extremely Attractive Male) event and provides an opportunity for our members and their spouses and significant others to mingle socially without the members being dressed en femme. Another DREAM event is held in February to celebrate Valentines Day.

Of course there is a Halloween Party to celebrate the "cross-dressers national holiday." In addition to these, TSK members have also organized special events such as attending a performance of Dame Edna or attending the Renaissance Festival in the summer, and yes members do dress en femme for these events.
